2010 - Co-founded Carpool, a perpetual chat collaboration startup.
2012 - Became a Microsoft vendor and supported the rollout and adoption of Yammer* internally.
2013 - Pivoted Carpool to consulting and building intranets internally at Microsoft and for Microsoft customers.
2018 - Partnered with Microsoft to launch Microsoft Teams internally and support scaled adoption--then partnered with Microsoft to implement a customer adoption campaign with 20+ customers and reaching over 1M users.
2021 - Pivoted to employee experience design - focus shift from IT to HR.
2024 - Supported Microsoft's internal Copilot adoption and agent building efforts, with a focus on HR services.
2024 - Sold Carpool.
2026 - Started Devonport.
